First and foremost, i’ve always been a huge fan of Tefuawe’s lenses, but this one in particular takes the cake. Working at a fab shop that has rules about using double eye protection when welding makes things like beveling a little inconvenient with a sugar scoop. I have been using one of the their other shade 10’s for awhile but it blacks out whenever I’m grinding but after getting the Gold 5813, it’s been so much easier just setting my lens to grind vs trying to find a face shield in the shop.
I also really enjoy having the option to change the shade depending on what process I’m welding with. Low amperage welds i can leave it on 10 but sometimes when i need to do any welding with higher amps, it’s nice to just press a button instead of replacing the shade
I'm a 1st year Apprentice pupe fitters. As of now this thing does everything and more. Highly suggest.

Awesome hood and lens would 100% recommend
Like the hood and the flip up window, but the headgear is not strong...I've only had my hood a month or so and the headgear is already stripped...doesn't stay tight on my head ! Comes right off when I lift the hood up ! Not cool ! Headgear need vast improvement...lightest hood I've owned...headgear, needs improvement! Received my hood beginning of January.
